.

1. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

2. All guests upon arrival must register at the front desk before proceeding to the room.

3. Rooms are good for eight (8) persons only. We are charging P200.00 per additional guest.

4. Room keys must be surrendered at the front desk every time the guests leave the room or the building. The resort charges One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) Philippine currency for a lost key.

5. Entertaining of visitors in the guest room after 9:00 o’clock in the evening is not allowed.

6. Washing of clothes is not allowed. Laundry services are available at the front desk. The resort will charge the occupants for any clothes washed inside the room. (Except undergarments)

7. The Hotel will charge for the use of computer or other machineries used in the room. Ironing and cooking inside the hotel room is strictly prohibited.

8. Request f or linen, towels, etc should be done at the front desk before 7:00 o’clock in the evening.

9. In case the guests intend/want to change the room they are occupying, they are required to pay one day accommodation for the room the resort had reserved for them.

10. It is a standard operating procedure of the hotel to make up room everyday. The hotel requests the guests to hang the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign at the door should the guest require privacy.

11. The resort has four (4) FREE trips: two (2) in the morning and two (2) in the afternoon. Guests are requested to arrange at the front desk for any special trip. Three hundred pesos (Php 300.00) will be charged per trip additional of Fifty pesos (Php 50.00) per person in excess of eight (10) person per trip.

12. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings. The management is not liable for any lost valuables.

13. Any damage done or loss in the room will be charged to the guest’s occupying the room upon check out.

14. Front desk personnel are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. only.
